An event every week that begins at 8:30 am on Tuesday and Friday, repeating indefinitely
City of Portland Parks, Rec and Facilities are happy to announce the new Adult Strength Training Class with instructor Devon McLean Kraft, Certified Personal Trainer. Devon starts each session with an aerobic warm-up and moves into a wide range of stretches and exercises. The class is guided with attendees standing or in chars with the use of hand-held and /or ankle weights. FEE: $60 or $5.00 drop in fee per class
