Join us for a fun and inspiring hour that focuses on improving our balance and strengthening. Our weekly Silver Sneakers Program provides a lot of laughs while we are working to keep our heart, brain, muscles and joints healthy with the goal to stay strong in body, mind and spirit. Free and open to all!! All ages welcome.
