Dates for later sessions in April and May are also live for registration. \nA new drop-in option will also be available for Caitlin’s classes this time\, so island residents or visitors who are only around for one or two weeks can attend classes for $10 cash per class without registering online. \nClass description: Move to music as we combine low-impact cardio plus stretching for a fun\, interactive workout. Join us at the Community Center on Monday and/or Wednesday mornings. Class is suitable for beginners and non-dancers! Wear comfortable clothes and secure shoes (running/athletic/trainers).
