DESCRIPTION:Hey everyone! Starting this Sunday May 3rd\, I will be teaching a free yoga class the first Sunday of every month at the Peaks Island Community Center at 1 pm. I want to share my love of yoga with the people of Peaks and the Portland Recreation Department has provided a space for me to do so.
