Join Caitlin on Thursday afternoons from 2:15-3:15pm in the Community Room  thru 5/14 (register below). \nPlease come prepared in comfortable clothing and supportive shoes\, and bring your own mat if you can. Resistance bands\, hand weights\, and straps\, as well as a limited number of mats\, are available for use on site. \n
