DESCRIPTION:Adult Faith Development Class: Spirit of Love \nThis three-part class is based on a series of workshops developed by the Unitarian Universalist Association. Using the hymn “Spirit of Life” as a guide\, each week will explore three aspects of faith.\nThe topics for each session will be: \nSession 1\, October 11: Exploring Spirituality; Celebrations and Rituals; Caring for One Another\nSession 2\, October 18: Nature and Spirit; Living Our Spirituality in Our Day-to-day Lives; Loving Your Neighbor and Yourself\nSession 3\, October 25: Tradition\, Teachers\, and Spiritual Formation; Hopes\, Dreams\, and Expanding Vision; Closing and Continuing On \nThe class meets from 3:30 to 5:00pm on Sunday afternoons in the church Vestry. Attendees are asked to attend all three sessions. This a discussion-based class with no required reading. \nPlease register here so we know how many attendees to expect.
