It is never to late TO BE A ROCK STAR And it’s easier than you think if you live on Peaks Island. How? Assist the volunteers working at Ye Olde Trott Burial Ground. We need your help in order to reconstruct the old wobbly stone wall along the Ernest St. side of the cemetery. We need stones LIKE THE ONES ALREADY THERE, not any old stones. Please go by and look at the existing wall to determine if you have similar stones. If YOU (everyone on the island) brought one stone, we could get the job done. It’s that easy. YOU WILL BE A ROCK STAR!!! We will start work on June 3rd, so you have 3 weeks to bring a stone to the cemetery. Just place your stone at the base of the existing wall and we will do the rest. This should help give you good karma that might be needed in the hereafter. This sweet cemetery is part of the historic fabric of our island. Thank you for your help!
