LAMB ROAST: Sunday, August 17 at 7 PM (doors open at 6 PM)
Join your friends and neighbors for an unforgettable evening of cuisine, courtesy of island chef Peter Rose. The annual TEIA lamb roast features succulent lamb made from an old Kentucky recipe, smoked at low temperature for hours until it is falling-off-the-bone tender. Delicious sides will also be provided including salads and sweet corn. Members: $35 per person; Non-Members $40. Limit 50 guests.
