Participants should be comfortable getting down to the floor (and back up again!). Join Caitlin on Thursday afternoons from 2:15-3:15pm in the Community Room   (register below). \nPlease come prepared in comfortable clothing and supportive shoes\, and bring your own mat if you can. Resistance bands\, hand weights\, and straps\, as well as a limited number of mats\, are available for use on site. \n
