Autumn Walk @Community Center

Join PILP outside of the community center.  A walk will loop through several PILP parcels that will take us out for about an hour and a half.  Everyone is welcome

Strength Training for Women @Community Room

Sessions start with a 10-minute stretch and aerobic warm-up and moves into the use of hand-held and ankle weights for a full range of exercises and stretches.  exercises are guided with attendees in chairs or standing. FEE: $60 or $5 drop in fee per class.
