DATES:  Wednesdays Oct. 14 to Dec. 16 (no class 10/21 or 12/9)
COST:  $160 for all eight sessions, payable to instructor at first class

The seasons come and go and our practice continues… animal frolics, eight brocades. Yang style long form and much more. Please wear loose clothing and footwear. We will be on our feet moving for over an hour.
