Join us in congratulating Capt. Joe Litchfield on his retirement from driving the launch at TEIA! For more than 10 years, Capt. Joe has been a figurehead of our beautiful waterfront. We have come to rely on Capt. Joe and Dorymate for their dedication and cheerful welcomes every weekend of the season. Even if he’s not driving this skiff, I’m sure we’ll see them on the dock for many years to come telling jokes, assessing the weather and welcoming blushing brides to be. TEIA and its boating members are grateful for the professionalism and expertise that Capt. Joe has brought to this position over these many years. Please wish him well in his last two weekends on the dock this season and join us for his waterside retirement party next weekend! Join us on the dock next Sunday, Oct 11 at 1pm for coffee and cake – other desserts and/or dog treats are most welcome. ⛵️🐶⚓️
