Step inside some of Peaks Island’s most unique and charming homes at the 2026 Peaks Island House Tour hosted by TEIA!

This beloved annual event offers a rare opportunity to explore a curated selection of island homes, each showcasing its own character, history, and creative design. Stroll through the island at your own pace, enjoy the scenic views along the way, and gather inspiration from a variety of architectural styles and personal touches.

Whether you’re a year-round resident, summer visitor, or first-time guest, the House Tour is a wonderful way to experience the beauty and spirit of the Peaks Island community. After the tour, guests are invited to a reception at TEIA’s clubhouse from 3–5pm, a relaxed gathering space to unwind, share highlights from the day, and connect with neighbors and friends over some light refreshments.
